开通paypal需要去银行申请吗？

当然要的，不然随便就能从你帐户里PRELEVER还得了。要把单子填好交给银行，然后底下就跟国内支付宝一样操作了

谢谢楼上的指教，我现在是这样的，注册了以后激活了自己银行的卡号，收到一封邮件如下：
You linked your debit or credit card to your PayPal account on 25 Feb 2010. To make sure the card is yours, we want you to confirm that you have access to the card statement. That is why we made a small charge (which we'll refund when you're done).
The charge creates a unique 4-digit code on your card statement. If you don't see the charge right away, don't worry - sometimes it takes a few days to show up.

How to confirm your card: Check your card statement and look for a charge from "PayPal" with a 4-digit code next to it. Log in to your PayPal account and click Confirm Credit Card, in the Notifications box. Enter the 4-digit code to confirm your card.

这是不是说等过段时间我在网上查我的银行卡消费记录，把1.5欧划去的那个记录的好输进我的paypal里面，就可以用paypal支付了？但是一楼说的那个要求打印交给银行的单子我也确实碰到过，那个是干什*么的呀？我想从英国通过paypal买个二手的解码器，还请诸位指教。

如果你银行有网络银行就可以尽快查账激活了

我是很早之前用国内卡注册的。
是从我卡上扣了1.95usd到 paypal
然后 信用卡账单上会给你一个4位数的号码
然后你吧这个号码 输入一个确认的页面 就ok了。

那就是说这个激活以后就可以用我的这个银行卡通过paypal支付了吗？是不是就不用答应那个单子填了以后交给银行了？

是的，，其实第一次 你可以直接通过paypal用信用卡直接支付 不用注册paypal
