倒是best seller比较常见

那个sellable确实我也没见着过。不过这是一本书里的例子。应该也有这用法吧

sellable 意思是 可用于销售的，不知道楼主看到的这句话出现在什*么环境里。

可以说：These items are the best-sellers in our market. 或者 these items sell well in our market.

法语中也可以用 best seller :

Ces produits se ventent bien;
Ces produits sont des best-sellers.

just for those who might not know, in english, the word best-seller is in most cases used to refer to a book or a publication.

I would probably say: ce genre de produit se vend comme des petits pains.

上面有位同志提到的bien cartonné查了一下后也可以，而且貌似更好用
