With entities in France, China and Korea, our corporate member is aconsulting company specialized
in the luxuryindustry: luxury retail, luxury hospitality, beauty & cosmetics as well aslifestyle.
Overview
This position will focus on establishing and maintaining sound clientrelationships, exploring new business opportunities, recommending new ideas andfully understanding the consulting as well as training aspects related toSelling, Quality of Service, Marketing, Communication, Management, Creation andInnovation.
The priority will be given to Chinese companies, complementary to the Westerncompanies which are the focus of Shanghai office.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution
ž Develop long-term strategy, action plansand set goals to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the luxury retail, luxury hospitality,beauty & cosmetic, lifestyle and car industries.
ž Explore creative ideas to enhance theawareness of company on a long-term basis.
ž Develop and promote the image andnotoriety of the company.
ž Develop specific, achievable KPI objectivesand execute accordingly.
Account Management
ž Develop and manage CRM system forexisting and prospect clients.ž Engagewith potential clients by effectively introducing the company.
ž Identify client’s needs; prepare keyconcerns and plans based on client consultation.
ž Propose customized business solutions,which meet the specific needs of each client.
ž Create client proposals and takeresponsibility for the accuracy of their content.
ž Organize post-training debriefingsessions with clients for improvements and for future businessopportunities.
ž Check payment status of each client(i.e., invoice date, payment date and the contact point handlingpayment).
ž Manage the pipeline of clients and fullsales life-cycle (from calling to closing the deal).
ž Manage your own sales process, generateleads, pitch solutions over the phone, in person.
ž Cross-sell and leverage accountrelationships and market knowledge to continuously generate business in asustainable way.
Market Intelligence
ž Prepare long-term sales forecasts, trackresults and regularly update when necessary.
ž Conduct market visits as well as regulargreetings with key clients; attend business related gatherings and sharecompetitive activities for improvement areas (i.e. information on competitorprograms and pricing).
ž Demonstrate curiosity by keepingup-to-date with your customers industry market and trends.

Project Management & Reporting
ž Analyse project profitability and reportto President of North Part of China & Beijing.
ž Prepare status reports related tobusiness development activities, closing & follow-ups.
ž Work with the academic director,especially during pre-selling cycles to gain potential clients.
ž Facilitate commercial meetings at alllevels of company and clients.

Qualifications, skills and experience requirements
ž Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein luxury, retail, hospitality industries or selling consulting services inthese industries.
ž Experience as a trainer in aboveindustries is a plus.
ž Experience in key accounts, trademarketing, sales development or advertising is a plus.
ž Capable of handling multipleprojects.
ž Must be a team-player with a high levelof communication, strong networking and presentation skills.
ž Enthusiastic, positive attitude,self-motivated and pro-active.
ž High selling skills and delivermemorable face to face presentations to the clients.
ž Performance driven andaccountable.
ž Passion in the related field and an eyefor detail.
ž Customer-service-focused and committedto achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.
ž Possess creativity, entrepreneurialspirit and takes initiatives.
ž Native mandarin speaker and fluent inEnglish, written & spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus.
ž Comfortable working with MicrosoftOffice suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM application.
