法国航空航天工业集团５日在巴黎宣布，第４７届巴黎国际航空航天展将于本月１８日至２４日在巴黎郊区的布尔歇国际展览中心举行，２０００多家航空航天企业将参展，参展企业数量超过了历届航展。

本次航展的主办方介绍，法国参展企业的数量最多，占展商总数的４４％；美国参展企业数量占展商总数的２２％；法国以外的欧洲企业占２０％。此外，澳大利亚、立陶宛、利比亚等国将首次派展商参加本届航展。

据航展组织者预计，本届航展将接待参观者４０万人。航展前４天对业内人士和媒体开放，最后３天则面向普通参观者。法国国防部发言人表示，已经向１５４个外国军事代表团发出了邀请，届时可能会有１３位外国的国防部长参加航展。　

巴黎国际航空航天展每两年举行一次，是目前世界上规模和影响最大的国际航展之一。
