I had also such problem before, per me, I booked a hostel in paris for 4 to 5 days and made some appointments with some house renter before leaving for France, and As long as I got here, try to meet all these renters ASAP; I finally found an studio at the first day, it's very lucky, just as an suggestion, try to book the hostel for a little longer time in case not easily to find a apartment soon.

但是留学生要签证的话不是要住房证明么，这怎么弄？
